Founded in August 2012 and has 30 musicians, all of whom are socially elites and successful people. Mr. WenLiang Huang, who is the well known Chinese music conductor, has taken the head and the Principle conductor since the DDDCO established.

　　The purpose of the DDDCO is to promote accomplishment of the music, to develop the multi-cultural connotation of local culture, to participate in international cultural activities, and to establish the citizens a modern view of the global village.

　　In order to enhance the diversity of performance and to provide a spiritual-entertainment place for the Chinese music lovers of Yilan City, the DDDCO have dedicated to the preservation and innovation of local art and culture mainly by performing traditional musical instruments through various exhibition activities over the years.

　　In addition to the professional orchestra and the school community, the DDDCO has created another channel for participating in the music feast in the Yilan Area.
