The Mongolian Jangar band will demonstrate the art of “Khoomei”. This Mongolian ancient aria was included in the national intangible cultural heritage in 2006, and was listed as the World Music Heritage in 2009.

　Founded in 2014, the Jangar band has won several awards in the international “Khoomei” competition in The Province of Khovd over the years, as well as the “Khoomei”Competition in Russia this year(2019), and has been invited to perform in China, Japan, Korea, Russia and Europe.

　　“Khoomei”, Mongolian long tune folk songs and Matouqin represent the most typical, exquisite, classic culture of the Mongolians. The unique singing art is rare but inspiring, and definitely will bring a marvelous performance in the festival.
