The PhoneTze Saxophone Orchestra was founded on the 28th of November 2019, and is affiliated with the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Yi Lan County. Under the professional leadership of Mr. Tsung-Tzu Lee, the founder and music director, fate has brought together the members who are from different age groups and career backgrounds.

Our mission is to promote the beauty of saxophone chamber music, enhance the learning environment of cultural arts in Yi Lan County, and cultivate music appreciation and performance for the public.
